Contracting the service
The service is available to adults who need to prepare Spanish Form 210 for deemed income from an urban property. Before payment, you must complete the required information, review the calculation and expressly accept these terms.
When you select “Proceed to secure checkout”, you are redirected to Stripe. The purchase is completed when Stripe confirms successful payment for this service.
Scope and delivery
The purchased service verifies the payment and generates a downloadable .210 import file from the information you supplied. The file is intended for import into the Spanish Tax Agency's official Form 210 service and is normally made available immediately after successful payment verification.
This website does not itself file the tax return, pay the resulting tax, obtain an NRC or confirm acceptance by the Spanish Tax Agency. You must import the file, validate the return, correct any message shown by the Tax Agency, choose the appropriate payment method and complete the official filing. A separate professional filing service applies only if expressly agreed in writing.
Your rights
You are entitled to receive the service described above, obtain the payment confirmation or receipt supplied through Stripe and contact Tax for Non-Residents if a verified payment does not provide access to the file or if a technical incident prevents download.
Nothing in these terms limits any mandatory consumer right that applies to you. Questions about the service, cancellation or a payment should be sent to info@taxfornonresidents.com.
Your obligations
You must provide complete, accurate and current information; have lawful authority to use any personal or property information entered; check the selected tax year, tax residence, cadastral information, ownership percentage and days of use; and review the calculated result before payment.
You remain responsible for importing and validating the file, completing payment of the tax where applicable, filing within the relevant deadline and keeping the filing receipt issued by the Spanish Tax Agency. Do not use test, invented or third-party data for a real filing.
Secure payment through Stripe
Payment is processed externally through Stripe Checkout. The available payment methods, price, applicable taxes and transaction status are shown during checkout. Tax for Non-Residents does not receive or store your full card details.
Stripe processes payment and transaction information under its own privacy policy. The website verifies the Stripe Checkout Session only to confirm that the payment belongs to this service and has been completed.
Privacy statement
The data controller is Antonio Fernández Delgado, trading as Tax for Non-Residents, at the address and contact details shown above. Personal data is handled under the EU General Data Protection Regulation and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018. Form information is used to calculate the deemed property income, restore your payment return in the same browser, verify payment and generate the requested .210 file. The legal bases are the steps you request before purchase, performance of the purchased service, compliance with applicable obligations and the legitimate interest in maintaining security and evidence of the transaction.
The form data is kept in your browser's session storage during the checkout flow. When you request the paid file, the data is transmitted to the website server for validation and file generation. The application does not create a customer account or intentionally retain the completed form after the response, although essential hosting and security logs may be processed by service providers.
Payment data is processed by Stripe. Other disclosures occur only where required by law or necessary to provide the requested service. Information connected with payment, invoicing, legal duties or potential claims may be retained for the applicable period.
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability, where applicable, by writing to info@taxfornonresidents.com. You may also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency. Further information appears in the full Privacy Policy.
Browser storage and external services
The service uses essential browser session storage to preserve your form and acceptance while you leave for Stripe and return to download the file. The website does not require an account and does not use its own advertising or Google Analytics cookies. Stripe and the hosting provider may use essential technologies and technical logs under their respective policies.
Validation, availability and liability
Calculations and the generated file depend on the information you provide and on the official record layout identified for the selected year. Only the Spanish Tax Agency can perform the final validation and accept the return. You should not treat a downloaded file as proof of filing.
Reasonable care is taken to keep the service available and compatible, but uninterrupted operation cannot be guaranteed. To the extent permitted by law, the provider is not responsible for errors caused by inaccurate user data, failure to follow Tax Agency messages, missed filing or payment deadlines, third-party outages or changes to official systems outside the provider's control.
Applicable law and complete terms
These terms are governed by Spanish law, without prejudice to mandatory consumer and data-protection rules. Disputes will be submitted to the courts determined by the mandatory rules applicable to the case.
These service conditions supplement the website's Legal Notice and Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. If a specific written professional engagement is agreed, its terms govern that separate service.
